My connection to Kochi
Since I was a kid, I've loved creating. Whether it was filling sketchbooks with doodles, I've always found joy in bringing ideas to life. Growing up in Kochi, a city rich in culture, community, and history taught me to see the world through a creative lens. From monsoon strolls, Arabian sea, the backwaters, amazing sunsets, old streets, and many more, everything I experienced shaped my imagination and love for creation.
This affection runs so deep that it inspired the name Kochiboy that's become part of my identity across everything I do. But it's more than just a name; it's a reflection of where I'm from and what shaped me.
How I discovered design
I’ve been drawing since I was about six or seven years old. Back then, my cousin an incredible artist was always sketching, and her creativity captivated me. She became my first teacher and biggest inspiration.
Fast forward a few years, and I discovered that you could actually draw on a computer. Mind Blown! I started with a phone (yep, you read that right), then borrowed a computer, and boom Photoshop opened up a whole new world for me.
Eventually, I realized you could turn your passion into a career.

Travel? It’s my newfound love affair with the world. Who knew that stepping out of my comfort zone could unlock a treasure trove of joy, stories, and endless inspiration?
Every journey feels like adding new colors to the canvas of my life. Whether I’m trekking through misty mountains or wandering bustling city streets, each adventure offers fresh perspectives and new lessons.
The best part? Coming back home with a head full of ideas and fingers itching to create. It’s a constant cycle of inspiration and creation and I’m loving every moment of it.
